We had a really great time here. Tim was super nice and interesting to talk to. We had a lovely bike around villages, vineyards and close to a couple of castles, and then rented kayaks for a paddle along the quiet rural stream (lots of birds). They will also bring bikes to you if you want to bike somewhere else. Unique little business.
Amazing location with very friendly and kind staff, owned by 2 Brits. We rented bikes, the cycle gear was well maintained and comfortable to use. Great way to end a day in this area! They also do bike drop or pick up.

Whether it is to answer our questions or to postpone the time for returning the bikes by one hour (until 10 p.m.) due to a train delay, Blake has always been up to the task. Stayed here with a group of friends as a stop over and what a beautiful place. Really quaint old mill that the owner has been beautifully renovated and converted with accommodation.

Rustic but awesome old mill, amazing views, wildlife, a great location to explore the area, we were well looked after and had a lovely stay here.

Add to that the warn welcome; attention to detail by Tim and Grant and the excellent breakfast taken on the terrace and you have the perfect stay. We have no hesitation in awarding five stars. It is nice to have a host who is clearly invested in his quests and proud of the working mill that he shares with you.
Our only worry is that we didn’t have more time to spend there and we could only provide one bottle of wine to share with Tim’s mum as we sat on the terrace on a balmy evening putting the world to right and making true friends.

Beautiful location for a quiet, peaceful kayak / canoe. Some amazing wildlife and we were lucky enough to see some lovely kingfishers.

A super, friendly canoe and cycle business with good yet relaxed communication. passionate owners. We enjoyed a gentle canoe paddle whilst spotting wildlife on a quiet river – very relaxing. Enjoyed Ice creams and drinks afterwards, finishing the trip on a very hot day perfectly.
